Frequently Asked QuestionsFrequently Asked Questions Q. What if I want a personalized basket or event planned?
A. For customized baskets and special event planning please fill out the quote form to request a quote from a sales associate using the form found under the link "personalized gift baskets". Payment and pricing for personalized gift baskets will be determined after request for quote form has been filled out and reviewed by sales associate and payment is due before basket is shipped. Form can be found under the link "Personalized Baskets Quote Form". For events there is a 50% deposit required. No exceptions.
Q. How soon will my order be shipped?
A. Last Minute Planners will ship all 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day air orders received before 12 PM PST/ 3 PM EST the same day funds are secured and all 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day air orders received after 12 PM PST/ 3 PM EST the next business day. All ground orders will ship within 24-48 business hours. Last Minute Planners reserve the right to alter same day shipping cut-off during all holiday periods. Most items will be shipped regular ground service unless express shipping is chosen and will be received within 2-5 business days. Standard shipping and delivery days are Monday -Friday. Saturday Delivery ~ is available upon request for an additional fee. Please add 15.50 to the next day air price for Saturday Delivery. Saturday delivery is not available on fruit and nut gifts. Q. How do I return or exchange an item?
A. Last Minute Planners’ Return and Exchange Policy
Last Minute Planners will make every effort to ship each and every order within the shipping deadlines and to complete customer satisfaction. Last Minute Planners will replace or refund the value of any gift not meeting the customer's satisfaction minus a 30% re-stocking fee, deemed damaged or defective. Refunds or replacements are only offered if the original gift can be retrieved for inspection.(Assuming the claim is made within the 3 day grace period.) Last Minute Planners guarantees all gifts they ship will have the general look and product assortment as the photos used to represent them. (Substitutions are allowed as long as the value is equal or greater the substituted product. We will do our best to substitute within the same "family" of products at all times.) For returns please email customer support at support@lastminuteeventplanners.com. Q. What if the recipient does not receive the order?
A. Contact customer support at support@lastminuteeventplanners.com and we will attempt to track your order and reorder if necessary and notify you immediately of the status.
Q. What if an Item I ordered is out of stock or discontinued?
A. Substitutions
Last Minute Planners will make every effort to fill each order exactly as specified on the content listings. However in the event we are out of stock on any item we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be offered due to substitutions. If for any reason we will be out of an item for an extended period of time Last Minute Planners will notify customer via email. During hot weather months all chocolate items will be substituted with hard candy items of equal or greater value.
